Apple cancelled my order.

I have ordered an iPhone 11 64gb and it got cancelled the next day. It says i cancelled it when in fact i haven't. It said that i have not been billed for it after all but then when i checked my bank account, the refund wasn't there. Will i get my money back? How long would it take for them to return the money? Please help me.
