I bought an iphone 11

I bought an iphone 11 on the on the 8th of july and it was supposed to be delivered on the 9th I traveled over seas on the 10th so I received an email saying the shipment will be delivered on the 10th so i called apple to tell them that i will not be home so no one will receive the phone amd I cancelled it but they never sent me money back and no one received the phone
