How to upgrade OS to 10.14?

It appears that you have macOS 10.14 and that is Mojave.

Open System Preferences ➔ Software Update ➔ If there is a software update available then it will be listed there. macOS Catalina 10.15 is next and it should show up in that window. Follow the instructions there. Make sure that you have at least 20GB - 30GB available in free space before you start or it will not allow you to update your MacBook Air.
