How to turn OFF cloud music library to sync?

How do I turn off my cloud music library so that I might sync my music on my iPad? I cannot seem to do this.

Without knowing specifically what device you want to sync your iPad from, perhaps this article will help;

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support

(Turn it off instead of on.)
