iPhone 11 Pro Max keyboard problem

iphone 11 pro max last update

the problem is when you are typing smthing (iMessage , notes, viber, WhatsApp) it can hang and only reboot helps. Am I along with that problem?)))

Make backup using computer iTunes
Restore iPhone as new and test. => Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

If the keyboard issue is gone, means your data is corrupted.

You can then manually re-load your content.

If no joy, you can restore from backup => Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

more often not to get stressed about it. 5-10 times a day. For example, I receive WhatsApp message. Type an answer and after 2-3 words STUCK. Sometimes it’s enough just to wait a bit. But usually I have to reload.

in Apple they say I need to bring my iPhone to check. Very good idea in case we don’t have Apple services like in USA, only resellers. And it will take 2-4 weeks to send iPhone to check. So I decided to find or ask bout this problem here.
