Samsung TV One connect - Apple TV 4K

My new Apple TV 4K does not seem to connect to my Samsung TV using the one connect HDMI hub.

My old Apple TV works perfect. Is there a known-issue with this?

Apple TV Incompatibility With Samsung TV Why can't the new Apple TV 4K turn off my Marantz receiver and/or TV? The cheapo Firestick can. And yes HDMI-CEC are on via the TV and the receiver. The Apple TV can't see the TV regardless of wether it is plugged into my receiver or directly to the TV. I can use IR to control sound on the receiver but that's it. Connections are done via Ethernet however TV is not connected at the moment. It's frustrating to buy high end equipment that can not communicate with other high end equipment. Apple is an amazing company in so many ways but it's the simple things It often misses.

my new beats solo pro don't connect to my Apple TV 4K I just got my new beats solo pro but they don't connect o my Apple TV 4k they work fine with my MacBook Pro when blue tooth is turned on
