Last week, my Series 3 Apple Watch had a sudden and dramatic decrease in battery life. Previously, it would last for more than 24 hours between charges--now it barely lasts for 12. Is there something I can do to restore it, or do I just need a battery replacement.?

I figured it out: unpairing the watch from my iPhone and then pairing it again solved the problem!
Sorry. I should have said more. I've already tried both hard resets and power-cycling the watch, to no avail.
