I can’t ear voice while using phone call in speaker, i can use only using load speaker.

Where did you speak to a technician? Did they test your iPhone?
It seems like you have a loose Audio IC. You can click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page and start the service process to do an out-of-warranty replacement of your iPhone for a fee.
i had check with technician speaker and front camera strips are fine. but still i can’t hear voice from someone. kindly help
