I want to change country/region but I want to know if I keep my music from Apple Music

As the title says, I want to change the country from Japan to Peru, but it says “You hace iCloud Music Library. Changing countries will result in losing your iCloud Music Library.”

Does it mean, when I subscribe to Apple Music again in my Peruvian account, I won’t have any of the song I added to my library?
