when i try to download an app, it says “your account has been disabled in the app store & itunes”. do i really have to call apple 😫 i get nervous👉🏽👈🏽

That message means that there might be an error with the payment method on your account. You would have to contact Apple Support, yes, but you can always see if the option to live chat with them is available. If it isn't, then you will probably have to call them.
