I have been using voicemail for years and now when I try to access my voicemail it tells me that I have to set it up. I enter a password and it says voicemail is unavailable. This has happened multiple times over several days.

Can you please contact your carrier? I state that because the voicemail feature and its operation is controlled by the carrier. Your carrier should be able to address this by resetting your visual voicemail feature very quickly. Thanks.
