I have a 2019 MacBook Air and an iPhone 7+. I would like to manually put my Music Library on my phone - how do I do this, please?

Thank you. I read this, but to use Finder, do I connect a USB to my 2019 MacBook Air? I have 2 thunderbolt jacks & nothing else

Yes you do.

You may connect using a Lightning- to - USB-C cable.
