The sound on my new Mac air 13 2020 is very low have turn volume up as far as it will go
My sound is very low is turn up all the way
After checking several other apps I realized it is only low on one particular app. Sorry guys thanks

I'm on hold right now as I type this to speak to someone about this. My old MacBook early 2015 is waaaay louder than the new 2020 MBAir. I'm having trouble hearing my patients speak over the computer. I've also gone in an maximized the output and input volume, etc.
