Photos not backing up but I have plenty of iCloud storage
For some reason, my photos are not backing up to my iCloud, but I have plenty of storage left. What is going on?

For some reason, my photos are not backing up to my iCloud, but I have plenty of storage left. What is going on?
Try performing a restart - Restart your iPhone - Apple Support and if that doesn't help, see the following - If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.

How much storage do you have? If the photos aren't being stored in iCloud, then there's possibly an issue with your storage. However, is the device plugged in and connected to WiFi? Have you tried to leave it syncing?
I have only used 2.4GB of iCloud storage and for some reason my photos say, “Restore from iCloud Paused.” My phone is connected to power and WiFi, and it is not on low power mode.
