Mac Book Pro will not boot up

My MacBook Pro will not boot up - showing circle with diagonal line. Is there any way to fix this.? I have done the CMD-R and gone into the Disk Utility but no luck. Any suggestions?

I'm assuming you saw this article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210901

If that did not work you may need to replace the startup disk in your Mac.
