Mac Book Pro will not boot up

My MacBook Pro will not boot up - showing circle with diagonal line. Is there any way to fix this.? I have done the CMD-R and gone into the Disk Utility but no luck. Any suggestions?

Mack Book Pro stuck at boot Can’t get past start up screen My laptop was closed and suddenly the start up sound chimed and now the progress bar gets stuck at the halfway mark for hours on end. My Mac book won’t startup please help My mid 2012 MacBook Pro doesn’t boot up the startup screen gets stuck and if I try to reinstall OS X Mojave in is utilities the continue button greys out and if I try to do first aid or even try to change my startup disk it just loads and never does anything I also don’t have a time machine backup and online help doesn’t do anything

If that did not work you may need to replace the startup disk in your Mac.
