How do I change the name of a Bluetooth accessory on an iPhone 11 running iOS 13.6?
According to the Apple Support document link below, I should be able to do so.

This however does not appear to be the case for me on any of my iPhone devices.
Am I missing something?

Perhaps you missed this line in the support guide you posted:--> "Some Bluetooth accessories can't be renamed".
Many Bluetooth accessories manufacturers DO NOT enable than feature.

Is this an actual Bluetooth accessory, or some other Bluetooth device? Not all Bluetooth devices can be renamed.
I have attempted to rename three different Bluetooth speakers, two different Bluetooth headsets and my Bluetooth car stereo as well. It seems that I am unable to rename any of them.
