Can Macbook Pro 13 upgrade a memory?

Hi there,

I was wondering if a Macbook Pro 13 (2017) is able to upgrade the memory from 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 to 16 GB?

8 GB doesn't fit with my current use anymore, I face many lacking stuff. So I was curious if I could just upgrade it or I would need to buy a new Macbook.
