"System sleep wake experienced a problem"

"Your computer has restarted because of a problem"

Hey does anyone know why my computer decides to randomly turn off and back on after I open it and this message appears around once a week, even though I shut it down at the end of the week (usually on Friday), and this continues to happen. My MacBook Air is only 6 months old and I'm kind of worried there's an actual problem, I was just wondering if anyone could help :)

It appears in the first line of the problem report "Sleep Wake failure in EFI"

in SystemPreferences->EnergySaver->PowerAdapter:

uncheck "Put harddisks to sleep when possible" (do this also in Battery)

uncheck "Wake for network access"
