Refund of fraudulent charge of $81.18

I called your help line ... which is a crap.

went on line Apple.com , this now second time you got me stuck with no resolution. I am out of my patience.

Refund my money, I did not buy nothing from your fraud High Siera.

i can’t believe Apple will be partner with such fraud entrapment companies.

Have you tried the steps below?


Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.


Purchases problem.      


How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take

You can request a refund from apple here - https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

Go into the website, sign in and click on the purchase that you want a refund on.

If it is not listed under purchased, you may need to contact the app author directly.
