Are you running the latest version of iOS which is version 13.6? If not, you should try updating

If the problem persists:

You'll need to do the following

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support (This is recommenced even though number 2 shouldn't require it)
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support (Try Update first, if that doesn't work you're going to have to Restore I'm afraid then you will for sure need option 1)
