May as well. It can't run in Catalina and will only unnecessarily take up disk space.

Make sure though to first import your Outlook 2011 data into Outlook 365, if you're using that email client. Afterwards, you can throw away the old 2011 Main Identity folder as Outlook 365 will never look at it again.

I would suggest uninstalling Office 2011 BEFORE upgrading your Mac to macOS Catalina. As you should already know, you control which devices are linked to your Microsoft 365 subscription.
