Unable to browse internet with Safari 1.0.3 on eMac OSX 10.2.8 because of the following error
Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server.
Using Network Utility I get correct DHCP info and can do Ping, Lookup, Whois etc.

Using the browser from caminobrowser.org which is no longer updated I have had some limited access to a few web sites. A lot of the problem seems to concern outdated security certificates.
My understanding is that my system should be able to run Tiger OSX 10.4 and I will check this out further.

The problem may be that your browser is very out of date and doesn't meet the requirement for current Internet standards.
