Can I access my iTunes music library from Apple TV on my Samsung tv like I could from my previous Apple TV device?

Select models Samsung TV may feature the Apple Music app for access to Apple Music subscription content. Set up the Apple Music app on your Samsung smart TV - Apple Support

It will not feature Home Sharing of your tracks that are not in the cloud. The smart apps are not a full replacement for the Apple TV set-top box.
