what should I do, someone remotely access my computer?

I received a phone call from apple inc and they said that my iCloud account was breach and they said they need to access my computer remotely, they told me told me to download the any desk app. they said there was a spy eye malware and tiny and bad credit limit. They want me to pay $500 for offline security and the apple will refund to me. I was so surprise when they ask for payment. what will I do they already have an access to my computer? pls help

What to Do:

This phone call you speak of is no more than a scam. So, Report this to Apple...


Reporting this to Apple:

Take a screenshot of that phone number and send it off to Apple.

All calls like the one you received are scams/phishing attempts. They are made by criminals that prey on the unwary. Apple never would make a call like this. Apple only calls if a user if the user has arranged the call.


Unfortunately, you gave the access to your computer. So, see these security-related documents, especially the first two for now.

 

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204145. From the link, among other things, Change your Apple ID password and choose a strong password.

And, if you can, Check your Apple ID device list (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205064and remove any device that shouldn't be signed in using the steps in the link.
