On iPad Partial screenshot
In the newest iPad (2019) is there a way to take a partial screen shot.? ( there wasn’t in 2018)

"partial screen shot"? As in only a specific section of the screen?
If so, then no, however, once the screenshot is taken, tap on the thumbnail on the corner and you can crop it directly in the screen viewer so its only shows the section you want by moving the corners of the image canvas so only the section you want is visible.
