I want my photos from my iPhone to stop importing to my macbook:

currently my phone has almost ran out of storage and I can not access any app regardless of how many pictures I delete or how many apps I delete... I don't want the same to happen to my MacBook so I need help in trying to figure out how to stop the images from my iPhone from importing into my Mac.

You can turn off iCloud photos on your phone or Mac. Another thing you can do is to choose the optimize storage option in photos settings on both of your devices.
