We understand your iPhone volume is unexpectedly lowering.
We would recommend reviewing this article: If a button or switch isn't working on your iPhone or iPad.
If there is no issue with your volume buttons, you could try to disabling 'Change with Buttons' by going to: Settings > Sounds & Haptics. You can learn more here: Adjust the volume on iPhone.
