Can't backup to itunes or transfer data from iphone 6 to iphone 11

Hi,

I try to backup my iphone 6 to itunes and it gives me error "itunes could not back up the iphone "iPhone 6" because an error occurred while reading from or writing to the iphone". I still have 300GB space in my notebook

Then I try to run data transfer from iphone 6 to iphone 11, and I get the error message "unable to complete data transfer"

My iPhone latest software is 12.4.8 and my iTunes is 12.10.7.3, so now I don't know how can I use my new iphone will all my data and settings from my old iphone. Any idea how to troubleshoot this?

I have tried so many methods and nothing is working so I decided to get extra storage for iCloud and do a backup from my iPhone 6 and restore to my iPhone 11. Now all the data is in my iPhone 11, the only things are I need to setup some of the apps. Now everything looks good. Will be going to reset factory my iPhone 6 and use it as my backup phone

Restart your devices, try another cable, use another USB port, would be beginning troubleshooting steps. Look here for some help as well.

Done all that many times, also I have been reading those issues and still can not solve my problem. I just suspect that my iPhone 6 have some settings problem which I would have missed. I even reset my networks and switch on off my Find My iPhone but still cannot solve my objective

I’m not sure what setting would prevent the phone from backing up. However, could be a hardware problem with the old phone. Have you tried force restarting the old phone?

Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
