IDo Pro

I keep my personal information on the app iDo Pro. My iPad says this app needs to be updated, but the apple store doesn’t have this app anymore.

How do I get access to my information? Anyone knows?

Hey there!

Apple's software stopped supporting 32-bit applications in iOS 11 and beyond. App Developers must update the app to support newer 64-bit iOS systems. Unfortunately, you are unable to access the app until the developer updates it.

You can see How to contact an app developer – Apple Support for steps on how to contact the App Developer and they may be able to reply with their intentions of updating the application to support newer iOS versions.
