That's it! I use Firefox... and it was not working! I switched over to Safari, and Voila! Mojave download available. Thank you!
Mojave is still available, the full installer version will download the latest/ last version 10.14.6.
Open your Safari browser do not use Firefox.
How to upgrade to macOS Mojave - Apple Support
Go to Section 4 and click on Get macOS Mojave
this will redirect you to the App Store Mojave download page
it should say Get or Download.
