AirPods Pro "crackles" when moving around

I just started to have this issue around a month ago. I absolutely love my AirPods Pro, but this issue is irritating. Whenever I wiggle my head in the slightest movement, my right AirPods Pro makes a crackling noise. It only does it when both AirPods are in or when I have transparency or noise cancellation on.

the crackling goes away when I only have the right pod in, or when "Off" is selected regarding the type of audio I want. How can I fix this?
