Apple TV screensaver not working

Trying to okay photo screensaver on AppleTV using tvOS 12.1.2, and have tried doing a hard reset, changing albums, etc. and “preview” is not activating and it won’t go into screensaver mode while playing music or podcasts. I have 12 AppleTVs and only having issues woth this one. It’s most likely a faulty unit but does anyone else have suggestions before I order a new one?
