Trying to find the download for High Sierra. Can anyone assist?

Try the link again, it does work but make sure you are using your Safari browser, Firefox does not work.

Go to Section 4 and click on Get macOS High Sierra

This will redirect you to the App Store High Sierra page

it should say Get or Download.
