AirPods not working properly

One AirPod is not working properly, the volume is low. Are there any methods to resolve the issue.

Take the offending AirPod out of the case and inspect the speaker grill. If it is covered with earwax either use a hearing aid cleaning kit to remove it or put the grill end in your mouth and suck.

It is a little gross but always works. You can get the kit at any pharmacy. Enjoy your music.
