On all devices that you wish to share your Keychain, ensure that they are signed-on to iCloud with the same AppleID - and, for each device:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Keychain - set to ON

Settings > Passwords & Accounts > AutoFill Passwords - set to ON and enable Keychain
