how can I retrieve a deleted message with having backed up my phone?

Were you using messages in iCloud - Keep all your messages in iCloud - Apple Support, or not? If you were and deleted the message, then it is irretrievable. If you weren't using this feature, you can try restoring from a backup to a point in time when you think the message(s) were available.
