My iPad account is disabled in the App Store and iTunes.

how do I fix this?

i have been on the phone waiting for support for 30 minutes.

If having difficulty with your AppleID in both the Apple App Store and iTunes, this might suggest that your AppleID account itself is locked or disabled.
