How can I get the microphone to show up on-screen when the magic keyboard is attached to my iPad Pro? I saw a red 'chevron' at some point but can't get it back... if that's what I need in order to get that microphone to show up. Can somebody help? Oh...also the down button doesn't do anything for getting the mic up.
Everybody says to click that down button but that DOES NOT do anything. And I have to confess I did see the red squiggley thing in the right lower-hand corner of the screen a few times but it seems to be gone for good now.
I think I'll call Apple. If anyone had the answer, it'd be here and working.
