Iphone backup failed notification

How do I get rid of iPhone failed to backup even after backing up to my laptop?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

im not having trouble. I backed up my phone to my laptop successfully, but I still get the notification on my settings page saying iPhone backup failed. It’s very frustrating to see that notification and not be able to get rid of it even though I tried like everything.
