family sharing

In family sharing I am the organizer and my husband is an add on. Can I switch those around?

I think I fixed my problem. I purchased Microsoft 365 with my husband's Apple ID to family share. Word was not working on my computer so I clicked on Activate and signed in with my husband's microsoft id and password. I hope this solved the problem. Thanks for answering.
