My iPhone 6 s system 13.5.1 suddenly has an audio problem. The jack and the earbuds are fine because I can take a call using them, However any software producing sounds - Music, Spotify, Audible all work through the speakers but no sound to the earbuds. I have restarted the iPhone multiple times.

If you only hear through speaker phone mode --> If your iPhone is stuck in headphone mode - Apple Support
Thank you but I don’t think this is the solution because it’s not the problem. The phone recognises the earbuds because you can hear an incoming phone call. So it is not responding to apps with audio output. Songs like a software problem?
