Emails cannot be sent by my iPhone X. I get message "The connections to outgoing server.....failed." How do I correct this?

You fix the settings on the outgoing mail server in Settings/Passwords & Accounts, or you delete the account in Settings/Passwords & Accounts, restart your phone, and add the account back.
