Screen flickering with Apple TV

Screen started flickering on Samsung Smart TV. Unplugged the Apple TV and attached to PC monitor and no flickering. Tried with different cables. Tried different video settings too.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 13

You need a very high quality HDMI cable, no they are not all the same. Please use a cable similar to https://www.bestbuy.com/site/rocketfish-4-4k-ultrahd-hdr-in-wall-rated-hdmi-cable-black/3720002.p?skuId=3720002

Hi,

The same reply was provided to a similar question recommending to buy a new cable so it does not explore any other possible issue.

The current HDMI cable was working fine and then it started flickering plus I am from Australia so we don't have best buy stores. The TV is not flickering with any other sources. Is it due to an update in the Apple TV software?
