Workout options aren’t listed

Hiking doesn’t show up on my watch (1) as an option. How can I add it? I see it visible under metrics on my phone.

My walk exercise has disappeared from the options on my watch I have been using my walk workout on my watch for years. Today that option iso not on the watch and it was not even listed among the options to add a workout. How do I get it back?

Hiking is in the workout app in WatchOS6.
