Watch stuck on Apple and erase all contents

My watch started looking like it was going crazy 2 days ago. the screens were continually changing. Now I only see the apple or the erase all content screen. I have tried the hard reset, I have tried to check the x for do not cancel and I have tried to check the check mark to erase all content. A couple of times I see a large circle around the apple which looks like it is loading. Then back to apple. Have charged it, etc. Is this able to be fixed?
