on the silent mode also, my device is producing a click sound when even i click a picture. The sound is not getting off.

not the clock sound, the camera click sound that it produces while we click a picture. Even on the silent mode it is producing a sound.
The shutter sound can not be muted on devices made for sale in some countries (Japan, as an example).
