Unknown Apple transaction

Hi! I have a transaction in my account for $26.55. I do not remember buy anything for this amount. The only things I have that charge my card is a 0.99 cent storage and a $24.99 subscription to an app. The 0.99 cents was a separate charge on a bank account and my $24.99 subscription doesn’t renew until July 29th. How can I get a refund or find out what this is?
