turning the iCloud on and off and all of a sudden ...

Hello,

Here is what I did on my Mac air

1- system preference -> Apple ID -> iCloud

then I turned "iCloud Drive" on in "Apps on this Mac using iCloud"

Then I realized this is not what I wanted. So decided to turn if off. Then the message popped up that:

If you turn off iCloud Drive, all documents stored in iCloud will be removed from this Mac.

2- I selected "Keep a copy"

Now I have a folder on my Mac named: iCloud Drive archive

How can I restore everything from this archive?

Thank you so much.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

You have to manually drag the files to the desire location, such as the Documents folder.
