Connection Troubleshooting:

  • Reestablish the iTunes Connection:

Sign out, then sign back in. Try this purchase more, if you successfully log in.

  • Reestablish WiFi:

If that is of no success, then disable Wi-Fi on your device, and then reenable it.

  • Reset the Router:

Power off the router for 30 Seconds, then power it on. Wait a few for all to sync.

  • Use Another Device:

Try accessing iTunes on purchasing it on another device associated to your account.

  • Recreate the Network Connection:

Remove the WiFi connection, then add it back

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device.

If necessary

Hard reset.

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.
