I can't make calls from my phone or any apps. It just says call failed or it just doesn't start ringing. When someone calls me, I either can't answer - it either ignores me pressing the answer button (but lets me press the decline button) or it lets me answer and can't hear each other!

You pay them each month for their service. Why not ask them?
Erm ask them why my phone isn't working? :p My service seems to be fine - I have minutes left and my texts and data are working fine! But thank you anyway!
